Pedal To The People

This story begins with two friends both living in South Africa, Stan Engelbrecht, a photographer and publisher and Nic Grobler, a motion graphics designer. The two share a common love and interest, bicycles and cycling culture and from this love the project Bicycle Portraits was borne. Through their eyes, we too get to participate in a journey that takes us through the contemporary terrain of modern South Africa, a viewpoint that brings us closer to putting a face and name to everyday South Africans.
